Strength Training Program
The informational meeting for the strength training program with Coach Kenner will be on Friday, February 16 at 2:40pm in the Junior High Gym. The program will be open to both aspiring Junior High and High School players. Sessions will take place at the following times beginning March 5th:
High School: Mondays 2:45-4:00; Wednesdays and Fridays 3:50-5:15.
Junior High: Wednesdays and Fridays 5:15-6:15.
